Before we arrive

  • Have the new fixtures on site and unboxed, and check nothing is missing from the box
  • Clear the cupboard under the sink completely
  • Check whether the existing shutoff valves turn, and tell us if they do not
  • For a toilet, measure the rough-in from the wall to the centre of the bolts
